Christopher Navas, MD, is a trained medical internist and gastroenterologist. He sees patients with a myriad of GI issues including inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, pancreatic diseases, disorders of the stomach, small and large intestine, gastroesophageal reflux disease and GI motility disorders. His goal as a physician is to establish a quality and caring physician-patient relationship where he strives to understand his patient’s healthcare needs and implement patient directed care.

Dr. Patel joins Borland Groover after completing his fellowship in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at the University of Florida in Gainesville. During fellowship, he also rotated through the North Florida VA and in his final year, he was appointed co-chief fellow. He grew up in Maryland and while in high school, he worked at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology on the Walter Reed Army Medical Center campus in Washington D.C. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Jacob Feagans completed his residency at Tulane University in New Orleans, La., and a gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Miami and Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami, FL where he was chief fellow. Dr. Feagans is board-certified in gastroenterology since 2011. 

Dr. Feagans’ goal is to deliver friendly, efficient, high-quality care in a timely manner. He treats patients for a wide range of gastrointestinal diseases. With a commitment to the most excellent quality of patient care, his patients feel supported and empowered to live their healthiest lives. 

Dr. Snehal Desai was raised in Canada. He completed his gastroenterology training at Dalhousie University and subsequently moved to Las Vegas where he practiced for over 15 years. He has now moved to Miramar Beach to enjoy the sun and beautiful waters of the Emerald Coast.

Dr. Desai enjoys all aspects of gastroenterology. He particularly enjoys attending regular continuing medical education events, where he learns about new techniques and treatments that allow him to better help our valued population of patients.

Dr. Rehan Naseemuddin, MD is a board-certified Gastroenterologist who diagnoses and manages a vast array of diseases that affect the gastrointestinal system. He completed his medical education and Internal Medicine training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
