Dr. Kyle Etzkorn became the Chief Executive Officer of Borland Groover in 2016 after serving as one of the Vice Presidents for years. Dr. Etzkorn joined Borland Groover in 1996, having a special interest in the advancement of therapeutic endoscopy and the management of liver diseases.

Dr. Dinesh Madhok

Dr. Dinesh Madhok serves as one of the Vice Presidents of Borland Groover, the Medical Director of Orange Park Endoscopy Center and the Chief of Gastroenterology of the graduate medical education program at Orange Park Medical Center.

Jackie Kennedy, MBA

Jackie Kennedy became Chief Operating Officer for Borland Groover’s Ancillary division in November 2020. Serving in various roles since joining the organization in 2011, Jackie now has direct oversight of Anesthesia, Imaging, Infusion, Pathology and all Ambulatory Surgery Center operations for the enterprise. As an integral part of the organization’s growth strategy, she also plays a key role in the design and implementation of Borland Groover’s business development efforts.

John Gol, MBA

John Gol became Chief Financial Officer of Borland Groover in December 2000. He is a respected healthcare executive with over 20 years of senior leadership with Borland Groover. He is responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations including accounts payable, collections, financial reporting and internal controls for Borland Groover, Jacksonville Center for Endoscopy, all ancillary services and the BGC Foundation. John has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida.

Dr. Nicholas Agresti is a board-certified gastroenterologist. He is trained in liver transplants and manages chronic liver disease. Dr. Agresti treats inflammatory bowel disorders and general gastroenterology disorders such as GERD and Barrett’s esophagus. Dr. Spencer Knox, M.D. specializes in the diagnosis and management of a wide array of gastrointestinal diseases. Originally from upstate New York, Dr. Knox obtained a bachelor's degree with distinction in Psychology at the University of Rochester. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, graduating as a member of the Alpha Omega Phi Honor and Service society. While attending medical school, he was on the Dean’s List for strong academic performance.
