Hemant Goyal

Dr. Hemant Goyal is a highly accomplished and skilled physician specializing in gastroenterology and hepatology. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Bangalore Medical College & Research Institute, which is ranked as one of the top 10 medical schools in India. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, an affiliate of Cornell University, NY, where he also served as the Chief Medical Resident.

Dr. Kerolos Abadeer earned his medical degree from Ain-Shams University, one of the oldest and largest universities in Egypt and the Middle East. 

In 2016, Dr. Abadeer moved to Jacksonville, Florida to pursue his career in medicine. He fell in love and grew roots in the city. Dr. Abadeer completed his Internal Medicine residency at Orange Park Medical Center in 2020. Then he finished his GI Fellowship at University of Florida in Jacksonville in 2023. Motivated by his love of the local community Dr. Abadeer joined Borland Groover to serve the Clay County population.

Dr. Donevan Westerveld is a board-certified Internist and Gastroenterologist. He completed his medical school training and internal medicine residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville. During his time in residency, he was recognized as the most outstanding resident in internal medicine and was awarded the Leighton E.

Krunal Patel

Krunal Patel

Dr. Krunal Patel is board certified gastroenterologist with Borland Groover. He is originally from Mumbai, India where he attended Topiwala National Medical College. Dr. Patel furthered his career in Internal Medicine at University of Arizona college of Medicine in Tucson Arizona. He received the award for Best overall Resident during his final year in training. He was went on to become a 4th year chief resident at Bridgeport Hospital with Yale New Haven Health in Connecticut.

Annu Gupta

Annu Gupta

Annu Gupta, MD, is a trained medical internist and gastroenterologist. She sees patients with a myriad of GI issues including inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, pancreatic diseases, disorders of the stomach, small and large intestine, gastroesophageal reflux disease and GI motility disorders. Her goal as a physician is to establish a quality and caring physician-patient relationship where she strives to understand her patient’s healthcare needs and implement patient directed care.
