Dr. Krunal Patel is board certified gastroenterologist with Borland Groover. He is originally from Mumbai, India where he attended Topiwala National Medical College. Dr. Patel furthered his career in Internal Medicine at University of Arizona college of Medicine in Tucson Arizona. He received the award for Best overall Resident during his final year in training. He was went on to become a 4th year chief resident at Bridgeport Hospital with Yale New Haven Health in Connecticut.
Annu Gupta, MD, is a trained medical internist and gastroenterologist. She sees patients with a myriad of GI issues including inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, pancreatic diseases, disorders of the stomach, small and large intestine, gastroesophageal reflux disease and GI motility disorders. Her goal as a physician is to establish a quality and caring physician-patient relationship where she strives to understand her patient’s healthcare needs and implement patient directed care.
March to Get Screened is an annual 5K walk/race to support colon cancer awareness. It was founded 14 years ago by colon cancer survivor, Jan Pratt. Many times colon cancer is one of those uncomfortable topics to discuss with others, but the importance of a simple screening can save a life!

Meghan Smith, APRN, is a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner who is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Meghan achieved her undergraduate degree at Florida State University.
Venkata Subhash Gorrepati, MD, MPH, FACP, is a trained medical internist and gastroenterologist. He sees patients with a myriad of GI issues, including pancreatic biliary diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, disorders of the stomach, small and large intestines, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and GI motility disorders.
Jordan Miles received her undergraduate degree from Miami University of Ohio then worked providing care to patients in various roles for 8 years before continuing her education at Ohio University where she obtained her Masters of Physician Assistant Practice. Jordan is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is fully licensed in the State of Florida. She is a member of the AAPA • and FAPA and enjoys being an active member with a focus on improving access to care for all.
