Dr. Ishaan Madhok is a Clay County native and proud to practice gastroenterology in his hometown of Orange Park. He graduated from the Honors Program at the University of Florida. He attended medical school at the Florida State University College of Medicine and was recognized as one of the top students in his class with his induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Pamela Nix joined Borland Groover in 2023 and brings broad executive experience in high-growth companies to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for managing the company’s human capital and ensuring alignment with the business strategy. Her team’s focus is to attract, retain, and support physicians and staff for the entire employee life cycle. Pamela oversees all HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, compliance, policy and employee relations.

After parking, use the crosswalk at the intersection of King Street and St. Johns Avenue to reach our office entrance. Valet parking is also available at no cost to the patient.

Dr. Christopher Arteaga is a gastroenterologist at Borland Groover. Originally from Merritt Island, Florida he attended the University of Florida where he studied mechanical engineering and biology before graduating with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then attended St. George’s University School of Medicine on scholarship where he graduated magna cum laude. Afterwards, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Arizona. He then returned to Florida for Fellowship in Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Bayonet Point Medical Center in New Port Richey.

As a Mississippi native, Dr. Edwards attended Jones College and William Carey University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. During his undergraduate years, he served as the president of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors College and graduated with honors from both institutions.
