Tom Bailey joined Borland Groover as Chief Financial Officer in April 2025. Prior to Borland Groover, Tom served as VP of Finance at Brooks Rehabilitation as well as the Chief Financial Officer at UF Health St. Johns. Tom has responsibility for the enterprise finance, accounting, treasury, payroll, compliance, revenue cycle and managed care functions. Tom will play an integral part in the growth and financial management strategy of Borland Groover.
Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and also holds MBA and MHA degrees. Tom is an active member in the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
