Chief Executive Officer: Dr. Kyle Etzkorn
Dr. Kyle Etzkorn became the Chief Executive Officer of Borland Groover 2016 after serving as one of the Vice Presidents for years. Dr. Etzkorn joined Borland Groover in 1996, having a special interest in the advancement of therapeutic endoscopy and the management of liver diseases.
Vice President: Dr. Kevin Comar
Vice President: Dr. Kevin Comar currently serves as one of the Vice Presidents of Borland Groover. He is a former recipient of the Robert Byrd Award for academic excellence and was awarded the Resident Scholar Award for two consecutive years at the Medical College of Virginia.
Vice President: Dr. Dinesh Madhok
Dr. Dinesh Madhok serves as one of the Vice Presidents of Borland Groover, the Medical Director of Fleming Island Surgery Center and the Chief of Gastroenterology of the graduate medical education program at Orange Park Medical Center.
Chief Financial Officer: John Gol
John Gol became Chief Financial Officer of Borland Groover in December 2000. He is a respected healthcare executive with over 20 years of senior leadership with Borland Groover. He is responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations including accounts payable, collections, financial reporting and internal controls for Borland Groover, Jacksonville Center for Endoscopy, Fleming Island Surgery Center, all ancillary services and the BGC Foundation. John has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida.
Chief Operating Officer, Clinic: Chad Bailey
Chad Bailey became Chief Operations Officer for Borland Groover in November 2017. He is a Florida native that began his career at Borland Groover in 1998. He has performed many different functions throughout the organization over the years. He currently has oversight of Front and Back-Office Operations, Central Scheduling, Electronic Medical Records, Hospital & Physician Services, Marketing, Human Resources and serves as the Compliance Officer. Chad earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of North Florida.
Chief Operating Officer, Ancillary:
Jackie Kennedy became Chief Operating Officer for Borland Groover’s Ancillary division in November 2020. Serving in various roles since joining the organization in 2011, Jackie now has direct oversight of Anesthesia, Imaging, Infusion, Pathology and all Ambulatory Surgery Center operations for the enterprise. As an integral part of the organization’s growth strategy, she also plays a key role in the design and implementation of Borland Groover’s business development efforts. Jackie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida.
Chief Information Officer: Kirk Hale
Kirk Hale became Chief Information Officer for Borland Groover in January 2018. With over 30 years of experience, Kirk is an integral part of the executive leadership team. He oversees all Information and Technology related functions, Clinical Informatics and Quality, as well as several financial, clinical, and organizational initiatives. Kirk holds an undergraduate degree in Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Jacksonville University. He also holds several industry specific certifications in Healthcare and Information Security.
