At Borland Groover, we want to make paying your bills as easy and convenient as possible. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we’re moving to a new platform for electronic payments starting January 1st, 2025.
What does this mean for you?
You’ll start receiving emails or text messages from us if you have a balance with a link to make a payment on our new payment platform. This platform is still powered by Phreesia, the same software provider we use for payments and patient check-in today, but it has a new look and feel.
If you forget to pay your balance, we will send you a reminder!
View your bill online!
You will also be able to view your bill online securely by verifying your phone number or email address, date of birth and zip code. No username/password required.
Need to update your contact information?
Have a new cell phone number or email address that’s different from the one we have on file? You can update your information by calling us at 904-398-2183 or emailing collections@borlandgroover.com.
Make a payment on your Care Credit Card or Apply for Care Credit.

Doxo.com is a third-party bill payment service that includes a service charge. It is NOT affiliated with, or endorsed by, Borland Groover. It may appear in internet searches for paying your Borland Groover bill. Pay close attention to the website address. If it is not borlandgroover.com, it is not our payment site. Go to borlandgroover.com and click on the Make Payment button to pay your Borland Groover bill. Borland Groover has no control or access to payments made through the doxo.com website.
