Dinesh Madhok, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist with more than three decades of experience and today leads Borland Groover as chief executive officer. An integral part of Jacksonville’s medical community since 1993, he joined Borland Groover in 1997 and has dedicated his career to advancing digestive health across Northeast Florida. As both physician and leader, he brings a clear understanding of the complexities of health care and the needs of Borland Groover’s patients.

Dr. Madhok received his medical degree from the Armed Forces Medical College in India. He completed his residency in internal medicine and his fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center in Michigan. Dr. Madhok is board certified in gastroenterology.

As chief executive officer of Borland Groover, one of the nation’s largest gastroenterology practices, Dr. Madhok guides the organization’s growth and reinforces its commitment to patient-centered care. He also serves as chief of gastroenterology for the graduate medical education program at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital, where he helps train new physicians. In addition, he is a member of the hospital’s board of trustees, contributing to its governance and strategic direction.

Jackie Kennedy became Chief Operating Officer for Borland Groover’s Ancillary division in November 2020. Serving in various roles since joining the organization in 2011, Jackie now has direct oversight of Anesthesia, Imaging, Infusion, Pathology and all Ambulatory Surgery Center operations for the enterprise. As an integral part of the organization’s growth strategy, she also plays a key role in the design and implementation of Borland Groover’s business development efforts. Jackie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida.

Tom Bailey joined Borland Groover as Chief Financial Officer in April 2025. Prior to Borland Groover, Tom served as VP of Finance at Brooks Rehabilitation as well as the Chief Financial Officer at UF Health St. Johns. Tom has responsibility for the enterprise finance, accounting, treasury, payroll, compliance, revenue cycle and managed care functions. Tom will play an integral part in the growth and financial management strategy of Borland Groover. Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and also holds MBA and MHA degrees. Tom is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and serves on the Board of Directors at The Assistance Fund.

Vince Vitali joined Borland Groover in January 2023 as its Chief Information Officer. Vince has a career spanning over 30 years in healthcare information technology. He has served as a CIO and consultant for hospitals, health systems, integrated delivery networks, clinics, and physician practices. Vince has extensive experience in IT strategic and tactical planning, application selection, implementation, and optimization, interoperability, and cybersecurity. Vince earned his Bachelors’ degree from Saint Joseph’s University, completed his Masters of Business Administration coursework at Benedictine University, and is in-progress on a Masters in Healthcare Informatics at Northwestern University. He is a Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO).

Cloyd Thomas Jr. joined Borland Groover in August 2025 as Chief Operating Officer of Clinics. He brings more than a decade of leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a strong track record of improving performance, expanding services, and fostering collaboration across multi-site clinical environments. Throughout his career, Cloyd has led initiatives to enhance patient access, streamline operational workflows, and support clinical teams in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. Cloyd earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo and his Master of Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University.

Dr. Sian Chisholm serves as one of the Vice Presidents at Borland Groover, bringing over a decade of leadership and clinical experience to the organization. With more than 10 years at Borland Groover, she plays a key role in advancing strategic initiatives and supporting both physician and patient-centered priorities. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Dr. Chisholm is a board-certified gastroenterologist with a strong focus on colorectal cancer prevention and women’s health.

Dr. Kevin Comar currently serves as one of the Vice Presidents of Borland Groover. He is a former recipient of the Robert Byrd Award for academic excellence and was awarded the Resident Scholar Award for two consecutive years at the Medical College of Virginia.

Pamela Nix joined Borland Groover in 2023 and brings broad executive experience in high-growth companies to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for managing the company’s human capital and ensuring alignment with the business strategy. Her team’s focus is to attract, retain, and support physicians and staff for the entire employee life cycle. Pamela oversees all HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, compliance, policy and employee relations. Pamela earned a Bachelors’ degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the University of Memphis. She holds SHRM-SCP and APR certifications.
