Arizona

• Advanced Spine and Pain opened a 12,075 sq ft outpatient clinic and ASC.
• Advanced Spine and Pain is opening a new outpatient clinic and ASC in the West Valley.

Arkansas

• St. Bernards Healthcare in Jonesboro opened its new Hand & Wrist Center on Jan. 15.
• OrthoArkansas began construction on a new 47,000+ sq ft surgery center in North Little Rock with 10 operating rooms.

California

• UCI Health opened an outpatient ophthalmology center in Brea.
• DISC Surgery Center at Tarzana opened Jan. 20.
• Sutter Health broke ground on a new Advanced Cancer Center and Care Complex in Modesto.
• Kaiser Permanente received planning commission approval for a new ASC and medical office building in Oakland.

Colorado

• CommonSpirit Health broke ground on a new medical campus in Meridian with a full-service hospital, ASC and physician clinics.
• Vanguard Skin Specialists began construction on a 9,000 sq ft expansion in Pueblo including a new ASC and specialty suites.

Connecticut

• A pediatric dentist filed a CON application for a dental ASC in Hartford specializing in oral surgery under general anesthesia for pediatric and special needs patients.

Delaware

• ChristianaCare and Cardiovascular Physicians of Delaware formed a joint venture to open a cardiovascular-focused ASC in Newark.

Florida

• Tampa General Hospital and Mass General Brigham launched a joint venture to expand outpatient services in Florida, starting with a radiation oncology center in Palm Beach Gardens.
• Borland Groover broke ground on Emerald Coast Endoscopy Center in Santa Rosa Beach.
• Ascension St. Vincent’s and Southeast Orthopedic Specialists opened an ASC in St. Augustine.
• Florida Coast Medical Center announced plans to expand with an ASC later in 2026.
• Southeast Orthopedic Specialists opened a new ASC in St. Augustine.
• See Vision Eye Institute opened a 15,000 sq ft surgery center in Lake Worth with two operating rooms and a laser suite.
• Lee Health started construction on an ASC and medical office building in Fort Myers.
• Lee Health broke ground on a 100,000 sq ft ambulatory clinic in Cape Coral with four operating rooms, two cath labs, two EP labs and 28 recovery rooms.
• Lee Health began construction on a 60,000 sq ft pediatric surgery center expected to open in early 2028.

Georgia

• United Digestive is planning an ASC in Watkinsville.

Idaho

• Kootenai Health and MultiCare are set to break ground on Prairie Medical Campus in Post Falls, including an ASC, medical office building, clinical offices, lab services and cardiology care.

Indiana

• Deaconess Gibson Hospital in Princeton reopened a renovated outpatient procedure center with two operating rooms near its campus.

Iowa

• ORA Orthopedic cut the ribbon on a 113,000 sq ft medical facility and administrative headquarters in Bettendorf.

Kansas

• Salina Regional Health is seeking local government approval to build a new ASC and medical clinic.

Kentucky

• Appalachian Regional Healthcare broke ground May 6 on a $54 million oncology and ambulatory center at Middlesboro ARH Hospital.

Maryland

• Nine founding orthopedic surgeons opened an ASC in Gaithersburg.

Massachusetts

• Mass General Brigham received CON approval for an endoscopy-focused ASC in Cambridge with three procedure rooms and 10 pre/post-op bays.

Michigan

• Munson Healthcare opened a new ASC in Gaylord.
• Covenant HealthCare announced plans to break ground on a $25 million orthopedic ASC in Saginaw.
• UM Health-Sparrow plans to build a $60 million ASC in Lansing, expected to break ground summer 2026 and open in 2028.
• Munson Healthcare plans to open an ASC in Cadillac in the coming months.

Mississippi

• University of Mississippi Medical Center opened Colony Park North in Ridgeland for specialty care and same-day surgery.

Montana

• Northern Montana Hospital in Havre launched an expansion project including a new ASC and intensive care unit.

New Jersey

• Relievus, a spine and pain management clinic in Cherry Hill, moved into a new location that includes an outpatient surgery center.

New York

• Northwell Health’s Peconic Bay Medical Center opened a $5 million women’s multispecialty center in Manorville.
• New York state approved demolition of a parking garage at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn as part of a $1.1 billion campus overhaul including an ASC.
• Guthrie Clinic opened an outpatient orthopedic and spine surgery center in Johnson City.
• NYU Langone Health opened a new ambulatory and radiology practice location in Riverhead.
• Northwell Health opened a 17,000 sq ft ambulatory center for pediatric orthopedics and urology in New Hyde Park with 26 exam rooms.
• NYU Langone Health opened an ambulatory location in Brooklyn (Clinton Hill) with six specialties.

North Carolina

• Duke University Health System submitted a CON application for a new ASC.

Oregon

• Pacific Sports and Spine opened a surgery center in Springfield focused on acute and chronic pain related to sports and spine injuries.
• Capital Surgical Solutions announced plans to open a new ASC in Portland in Q4 2026.

Pennsylvania

• WellSpan Health is planning a new ASC and medical office building in Carlisle.

South Carolina

• MUSC Health and Clemson University broke ground on a 90,000 sq ft medical facility including an ASC.
• Novant Health announced plans to open four new outpatient clinics in Summerville offering OB-GYN, general surgery, bariatrics, maternal-fetal medicine and primary care.

Tennessee

• Johnson City Eye Surgery Center held a ribbon-cutting to celebrate its opening Jan. 15.
• Parkridge Health System (HCA Healthcare) is continuing its plan for an outpatient surgical center in Chattanooga.

Texas

• Austin Regional Clinic opened a new location in Round Rock with 17 exam rooms, three procedure rooms, an onsite lab and radiology services.
• Methodist Richardson Medical Center opened a new ASC.

Utah

• Intermountain Health opened an ambulatory endoscopy center in Ogden.

Virginia

• Richmond Heart and Vascular Associates plans to open a $4 million, 27,000 sq ft office in Chesterfield in July 2027.

West Virginia

• WVU Medicine United Hospital Center broke ground on a 62,000 sq ft outpatient surgery center in Bridgeport.

Wisconsin

• Orthopedic & Spine Centers of Wisconsin cut the ribbon on a new ASC on Feb. 18.
