Refilling Your Prescriptions
To access medications for renewal:
- First, log into the My BG Health patient portal.
- From the Portal Home page:
- Select Ask a Question
- Select Medication Refill Request
- In the Subject – Type the Medication Name needed for refill
- In the Location – Select the Office Location where you see your provider.
- In the Provider Line – Select the Provider you see in the office.
- In the What is your question box – please include the Pharmacy where you want your refill sent.
- Submit request.
